Yangzhou Haoyu Graphic Printing Co., Ltd. has been producing books, catalogues, children’s books, packaging and instruction manuals since 2004. Every stage — prepress, offset and digital printing, surface finishing, die-cutting and binding — runs in our own 9,300 m² plant, with no outsourcing and no subcontracted steps. Long runs go on our Heidelberg presses; short runs from 20 copies go on our two Ricoh digital presses.

Short runs from 20 copies — printed digitally, so a small edition needs no plates. Dummies, sample copies and limited editions. Perfect-bound, sewn and hardcover books, exhibition catalogues and art books. Covers with foil stamping, embossing, spot UV or matt/gloss lamination; text stocks from 70 gsm up.
Board books, tab and lift-the-flap titles, pop-up books, die-cut novelty titles and boxed gift sets. We already produce English, French and Cyrillic-language editions for overseas publishers.
Card and folding cartons, corrugated boxes, rigid gift boxes and blister cards, plus printed paper bags with rope, ribbon or die-cut handles — on white card, kraft, black card or metallic board.

Every press run is pulled against a colour control strip and read with a spectrophotometer, then matched back to the approved proof. Density and dot gain are logged sheet by sheet, not checked once at the start.
Chinese printing is a licensed industry, and printing for overseas customers carries its own approvals. We hold the licences that cover it, and we ship the finished goods out in full — which is exactly what those regulations require.
Platemaking, printing, coating, die-cutting, folding, gluing and binding all happen in our own plant. Most colour drift and schedule slippage comes from work being split across subcontractors — we don’t split it.
Long runs go on our Heidelberg offset presses, short runs on our two Ricoh digital presses — all listed above with makes and unit counts. You can check what will actually run your job instead of taking a sales claim on trust.
We are a registered import/export enterprise. We prepare the documents and coordinate shipment, so you are not managing a supplier who only knows the domestic market.
Approved artwork, recorded colour values and a stable core team mean your second and fifth run match the first one you signed off.

A pre-production proof goes out before the full run — proofing time is already inside the window above. Unit cost falls as the quantity rises, because the job moves off the digital press onto offset: ask for a price at two different quantities and you will see the break for yourself. Ocean freight from Shanghai or Ningbo to Europe or North America normally adds another 3–5 weeks port to port, booked by your forwarder or ours.
